UPS : Norco can develop preventative maintenance strategies and risk management support to ensure critical services are maintained. By performing functional testing through planned power outages which enable both routine and essential corrective maintenance - on all types of UPS - we ensure peak operating condition, protection of critical power systems and ensured reliability.

Battery Management Programme : By adopting the use of technologically advanced non-intrusive testing equipment such as Cellcorder and Midtronics, quality data is captured and analysed to trend the capacity and performance of each battery system. We combine this periodically with a full battery discharge programme in accordance with industry best practice and OEM guidelines, thus ensuring cell rotation, effective management of spare cells and 100% assurance of battery condition.

Our comprehensive data archive contains thousands of cell readings collected over the last ten years, allowing our dedicated technical support team to interrogate and identify trends. In addition we can provide direct remote access to our archive, allowing customers to gain access to their reports and results immediately.
