Norco Group Limited, the UK market leader in the short term rental, maintenance and management of traction and standby batteries are delighted to announce that they have been selected as finalists in the Best use of ICT category of the Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce Northern Star Business Awards 2007.
This award is given to the company that has made the best internal use of technology to gain competitive advantage to grow their business. In partnership with local software firm, Motion Software, Norco have developed many new systems in the past year, including Norco RMS™, the bespoke asset tracking, transaction recording and reporting system; Norco CMS, the internal sales and marketing database for the input and recording of all customer activity; Norco Intranet, the internal portal for sharing information; and Norco Extranet, the internet based ordering system customised for Norco customers.
